It sounds stupid, but I REALLY want to know is that: Do I need Batman Arkham Asylum to UNDERSTAND Batman Arkham City???Is Batman Arkham City and Batman Arkham Asylum different?
Yes they are. Arkham Asylum is the first game and Arkham City is the sequel coming out this October. You do not HAVE to have played Arkham Asylum in order to understand Arkham city because they will tell you bits of the background story in the game, but it would be better and I think you would enjoy it more if you did.
