No. Eidos was clever in releasing the code the way they did. The code is a PS Store (Or Xbox Marketplace, whichever it is you have) Redemption Code. You have to go to the store, enter the code, and then you can download it. It is an EXCLUSIVE code: meaning it won't work for anyone else. it's like a PSN Card. You can't use the amount on it, and then give it to someone else, thinking if they enter the code, then they will get that money themselves too.
